Farm Rights: Current tenant to complete 2019 farm rights, buyer(s) thereafter. Buyer to receive sellers portion of 2019 farm income. Current Farm Agreement to Remain the same at 1/3 share.
Mineral Rights:Buyer to receive all interest in all oil, gas, hydrocarbons & any other minerals owned by sellers, if any. Division Orders: Division orders will be available on our website under the “Documents” tab.
Possession:Possession of tillable date of closing, subject to the rights of the existing farm tenants for the 2019 crop year -or- December 1st, 2019, whichever is first. Possession of wooded date of closing.
Survey: Any survey cost to be paid by buyer. Any acreage difference greater than half (½) acre discovered in survey will be reflected in price adjustment based upon original bid price per acre & original buyer’s premium per acre.
Terms: 10% down day of sale non-refundable escrow. 6% Buyer’s Premium. Closing to occur as soon as necessary documents are prepared. Have financial arrangements made prior to sale.
