Terms: Exact Cash only (no change will be given), Check, Visa & MasterCard on purchases to be picked up. 14% Buyer’s Premium on all items sold (4% discount will be given if payment is made by cash or good check). No credit cards will be charged prior to auction removal/pickup. All invoices will remain unpaid. At removal/pickup, you will have the option of us charging the card on file, paying cash, or paying with a check.


Registration: All buyers must provide all information needed to register including a valid credit card number. Please Note: the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. We will confirm all information is entered correctly prior to accepting your bids. If you have trouble registering for this auction please call our Lawrenceville, Illinois office at 618-943-4905 to be assisted through the online registration process.


Soft Close: This is a soft close auction meaning two key points: 1) all items feature a stagger of 10 seconds between each lot ending. 6 items will close each minute 2) If an item is bid on within the last 2 minutes of the auction, the lot will automatically get extended for an additional 2 minutes. Additional time will continue to be added until no additional bids have been placed.


Absentee Bidder Form: Another bidding option is to attend one of the scheduled preview dates and complete our absentee bidder form, name, address, contact information, max bid you’re willing to place, along with credit card information will be required when completing this form.


Invoice: All winning bidders will have an invoice emailed to the email address on file by 11 AM on Wednesday, July 8th. Please note, this invoice will be “UNPAID”, at the time of pickup & after payment, the same email address on file will be sent a second invoice showing “PAID IN FULL”. The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by the auction company in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder(s). The bidder agrees that a late fee of two percent (2.5%) of the outstanding balance per month will be added to any unpaid balance due to the auction company. Any and all disputes will be handled in the county of said auction.


Bidding on Behalf of Business Entity: By submitting a bid in the name of any business, the individual submitting the bid enters into a binding agreement whereas they personally guarantee payment to Parrott Real Estate & Auction Co., LLC of any bid amount unpaid by the business.

Extension of Auction: In the event that there are technical difficulties related to the online bidding server, the online bidding software or any other online auction-related issues beyond our control, Parrott Real Estate & Auction Co., LLC has the right to pause or extend until the issue is resolved. Neither the company providing the software nor auction company shall be held responsible for any missed bids or failure for the online bidding platform/system to work properly for the duration of the online auction. If you experience any issues related to the site not functioning properly or any “error” messages, please call our main auctioneer Zane Parrott at 812-890-5452 or main cashier Jolene Willis immediately for us to extend and/or pause the auction until the issue is resolved.

Preview: A Parrott Auction Crew Member/representative will be at the auction location to administer preview on Thursday, July 2nd from 2 PM – 4 PM Central and Monday, July 6th from 2 PM – 4 PM Central, (the “Preview Dates”). If unable to make scheduled preview dates, an appointment may be scheduled for an additional $25.00 to cover the cost of labor.

Removal / Load Out: Removal / Load Out: Parrott Auction Crew Members/representatives will be at the auction location at 1001 State Street, Lawrenceville, IL to administer pickup on Thursday, July 9th and Friday, July 10th from 12NOON – 4 PM each day. (the “Removal Dates”). No Goods shall be removed until the purchaser’s invoice has been paid in full.

The 2 post lift, 4 post lift, shelving units and the air compressor will be granted an additional 10 days for removal if needed due to size and weight and safety of bystanders. Shelving units will not be available for removal until both days of removal have occurred as they currently hold hundreds of parts.


Please Note: If items are not picked up during that time-frame, immediately following the last pickup day, the card on file will be charged $25 to cover the cost of labor for Pickup the following week by appointment only. For all other items that remain after 7 days after last pickup day, the buyer will forfeit the rights to said items and will become the property of the auction company.


This will strictly be enforced as non-removal of items is becoming an issue.


Bidders are solely responsible for packing, loading, and moving all items purchased without guaranteed assistance from the auction company as we may be assisting other bidders. The auction company will have a limited number of boxes available for public use on removal/pickup date(s). Auction company encourages winning bidders to bring any and all materials or help needed to load items.


Shipping: If shipping is desired on smaller items, please make a note when registering as we can immediately sort items for shipment at auctions end to expedite the shipping process. All shipping costs, insurance, and signature on delivery will be paid for by the buyer. The buyer will also be charged a small handling fee of $15 per shipment.
