The Parrott Process is our custom-built package that addresses common issues that our sellers are faced with during the personal property auction -and- real estate transaction to help ease the stress. This new service offered by our Lawrenceville Office, offers either a reduction commission on the personal property auction -or- reduced commission on the real estate when our company is hired to handle both the auction and the real estate.

Commission Rate Reductions 5% Reduction on Personal Property Auction Not only do our sellers benefit from reduced commission rates, our sellers also benefit from additional services as well!

“Clean Sweep” Service This service helps provide a solution to our sellers with the cleaning of the home. Our crew members would quickly “sweep” the home, both inside and out. We vacuum all carpets, “Swiffer Mop” the hard-surface flooring of the home and wipe off all counters, mirrors and . Additional cleaning services can be added as well at the request of the seller (Rug Doctor Carpet cleaning, leaf removal, 1 time lawn mowing and trimming) We offer the use of our custom-ordered dump trailer from the Sure-Trac brand, which has a capacity of 20.7 cubic yards, to remove any unwanted items from the property. These items may include unsold or unclaimed items, carpet that is getting replaced, or simply things that the family wishes to keep out of public view. Normal Labor & Cleaning Rates would Apply If Real Estate is Not Listed (See Clean Sweep Commencement Contract for Rates).

Increased Knowledge of the Real Estate By working in the home for many days in preparation of the personal property auction, many of our agents along with listing agent Kimberly Sumner, becomes very familiar with the property, both inside and out.
