Please Note: There will be a $25 dollar charge for this service. This $25 fee covers the labor to fill out the absentee bidder form, register bidder, place bids, plus call you after the auction is over. Also, this is MAX bid only, we will not call you to update you on winning/outbid status. If you change your max bid, a second form and a second $25 charge will be required immediately. This is to discourage people from making 6 updated max bids via phone immediately prior to auction close.

Removal / Load Out: Parrott Auction Crew Members/representatives will be the auction location of 1004 15th Street, Lawrenceville, IL 62439, to administer Load Out on Thursday, May 19th, 2022, from 2PM to 6PM (the “Removal Dates”).

Please Use the Online Load Out Scheduler as parking is very limited. Winning bidders will be able to select a window to come pick up their items.  

Doors will be unlocked and removal will begin at 2PM.

Any buyers arriving earlier may be asked to wait.

No Goods shall be removed until the purchaser’s invoice has been paid in full.

Pickup will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

We ask all others to be understanding and everyone will be completed in order.
