This $25 fee covers the labor to fill out the absentee bidder form, register bidder, place bids, plus call you after the auction is over. Also, this is MAX bid only, we will not call you to update you on winning/outbid status. If you change your max bid, a second form and a second $25 charge will be required immediately. This is to discourage people from making 6 updated max bids via phone immediately prior to auction close.
