Invoice: All winning bidders will have an invoice emailed to the email address on file usually within 30 minutes of the last item closing. Please Note: this invoice will show “UNPAID” in the upper right-hand corner, if you intend to pay with cash or check to receive the discount, do not pay using our online payment system. Please Note: We will send a second email containing a Link to the Online Pickup Scheduler.

Removal / Load Out: Parrott Auction Crew Members/representatives will be at the auction location of: Address: 12140 Shawnee Blvd., Lawrenceville, IL 62439
Directions: 3.5 Miles North of Lawrenceville, IL on Illinois Route 1 to 1400N (Blackburn School Road), East 1 Block to Shawnee Blvd., follow to auction.
Load Out on: Monday, September 29th, 12NOON – 6 PM Central, (the “Removal Dates”).
Failure to Pickup: If buyer(s) fail to attend the scheduled pick, we will automatically charge the card on file immediately following the scheduled pickup time PLUS a $25 NO PICKUP FEE, no exceptions.

If you are unable to pickup your items, please notify our Lawrenceville office at 618-943-4905 and inform us of who will be there to pickup on your behalf.
