Pickup & Last Chance Details

Doors will be unlocked, and removal will begin at the Designated Time. Buyers arriving earlier may be asked to wait. Buyers will be asked to stay OUTSIDE. No Goods shall be removed until the purchaser’s invoice has been paid in full. Please Use the Online Scheduler! This increases the efficiency of the auction load-out and decreases the amount of time you’ll spend loading your items! ONLINE PICKUP SCHEDULER: Online Schedule Instructions: The morning after the auction closes, we will send a load-out scheduler to all the winning bidders. This scheduler system will supply any remaining time slots to the winning bidders. Scheduling can be completed by text message and email, both, to allow for ultimate flexibility to you, the buyer. If you do not choose a time slot, load-outs will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and you will be asked to wait until an auction crew member can assist with the load-out process. This will increase efficiency and decrease your time spent at the auction pickup! If you do Not Schedule a Time Slot, Pickup will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Removal / Load Out: Parrott Auction Crew Members/representatives will be at the auction location of: Parrott Auction Center, 14024 State Route 1, Lawrenceville, IL 62439 (Address can be Found on Google Maps) Directions: 2.5+/- Miles North of Lawrenceville, IL on Illinois State Route 1. to administer Load Out on: Thursday, November 13th, 12:00 (NOON)  – 6 PM Central, (the “Removal Dates”). Failure to Pick Up: If buyer(s) fail to attend the scheduled pick, we will automatically charge the card on file immediately following the scheduled pickup time PLUS a $25 NO PICKUP FEE, no exceptions. LAST CHANCE PICKUP: All Bidders who did not pick up during the designated pickup time will have 3 additional days to pick up their items. WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING ANY ITEMS BACK TO OUR AUCTION CENTER -or- CALLING. If you are unable to pick up your items, please notify our Lawrenceville office at 618-943-4905 and inform us of who will be there to pick up on your behalf.
