Absentee Bidder Form: Another bidding option is to attend one of the scheduled preview dates and complete our absentee bidder form; name, address, contact information, max bid you’re willing to place, along with credit card information, will be required when completing this form. Please Note: This is MAX bid only. We will NOT call you to update you on winning/outbid status. If you change your max bid, a second form and a second $25 charge will be required immediately. This is to discourage people from making 6 updated max bids via phone immediately prior to the auction close.

Removal / Load Out: Parrott Auction Crew Members/representatives will be at the auction location of: Parrott Auction Center, 14024 State Route 1, Lawrenceville, IL 62439 (Address can be Found on Google Maps) Directions: 2.5+/- Miles North of Lawrenceville, IL on Illinois State Route 1. Load Out on: Thursday, February 12th, 12:00 (NOON) – 6 PM Central, (the “Removal Dates”). Failure to Pick Up: If buyer(s) fail to attend the scheduled pick, we will automatically charge the card on file immediately following the scheduled pickup time PLUS a $25 NO PICKUP FEE, no exceptions. LAST CHANCE PICKUP: All Bidders who did not pick up during the designated pickup time will have 3 additional days to pick up their items. WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING ANY ITEMS BACK TO OUR AUCTION CENTER -or- CALLING. If you are unable to pick up your items, please notify our Lawrenceville office at 618-943-4905 and inform us of who will be there to pick up on your behalf. |
