All items are available for absentee bidding using our Absentee Bidder Form which can be found under the Documents tab on our website. IL Tax Law: Due to recent tax laws implemented in the state of Illinois, all auction companies are required to collect sales tax. 7.25% tax will be collected on all items sold, regardless of price. Bidders who have valid a tax-exempt certificate must present this certificate date of auction.
