Built with normal home construction materials on a double axle trailer to allow for

over-the-road travel. 2x4 studs on 16” centers, R15 Insulation. Towing requires an SUV
or heavy-duty truck. INTERIOR: Drywall/paint, ample lighting, and laminate flooring.

LOWER LEVEL: 16’long x 7’wide x 7’tall Bathroom: flushing toilet, 29’’w x 27d’’shower
stall with a rainfall showerhead, tankless water heater, window (frosted glass) w/new
screen. Kitchen: cabinet w/3 drawers/sink with storage underneath, electric cooktop
stove w/two burners. Living area: French Doors w/build in blinds, three nice size
windows w/new screens, attached ladder to loft, TV mount area, small air conditioner.

UPPER LEVEL: 19’ long x 7’wide x 3’ tall/slants to 2’ 6” (sleeps 4 adults comfortably), or
use extra space for storage, small air conditioner.
